President & Founder
Stuart Gil has managed construction of all aspects of medical and general construction since 1984, with hands on as well as intellectual understanding. He has an intricate knowledge of construction from concept to completion and has obtained certificates in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry and design — with extensive experience in the specialist medical field.
Vice President & Co-Founder
Alan Dalton is a certified Construction Manager with over twenty years in every facet of construction — the experience to manage and control all aspects of a project of any size. As chief estimator for Premier Development, he is responsible for maintaining budgetary control on all projects.
